Helicopter fly fishing - Day trips.
Helicopter fly fishing day trips with a return to lodge late evening can be added to any one of your fly fishing and lodging package days. Instead of driving to a fishing location you can be flown to a remote location for some prime fishing.
Helicopter - overnight fly fishing campouts
When considering the campout option you will remain at one location for 1 night / 2 days guided fishing then you will be flown back to the lodge late evening on the last day.
If you would like more than 2 days of camping out then we recommend you to be flown to a new location for another 1 night and 2 days guided fishing which totals four days guided fishing.
All campouts rates are the same as listed in the multi fly fishing packages. The only additional cost is each helicopter trip you take to a new location.
Helicopter Rates
Rates will vary from local $550.00 per day trip to $1,200 for locations beyond the local area if river conditions change.
Two anglers flying will split the total helicopter rate between.
Maximum helicopter seating is for 3 persons (2 anglers + your fishing guide)
Helicopter - payments.
Helicopter payments are to made on the day as flights are weather dependent.
Premier wilderness hiking and fly fishing campouts are available and are recommended for persons with an average level of fitness, ability to carry their own sleeping bag and clothes. Have a sense of humor and don’t mind the rough and ready nature of wilderness camping. All tramps are well worth the effort as supreme fishing to big trout can be had.
All rates for wilderness camp outs are the same as listed in the fly fishing and lodging packages.
When considering the campout option it necessary to tramp to the location campout site or hut. Tramping is also done at your own pace so no need for concern. Your guide is fully qualified and will assist you the way.
A clothing list will follow if you consider this option.
Recommended camp out days are 2 or more nights for some awesome fishing. Packages are subject to availability and a deposit is required to secure your booking.
