Chappie has a number of
options for day trips from Christchurch, these include 4x4 and Heli adventures
into the Canterbury High Country. There's some excellent fly fishing
to be had within one and a half hours easy drive.

but uses two main bases for these trips, one to the South in the McKenzie Country and one
in North Canterbury at Hanmer. Both locations provide excellent
fishing in the backcountry with many good options.

Guide fees per day for one
angler is: NZ$731.25 incl GST
For two anglers, my fee is:
NZ$787.50 incl GST
For three anglers, Chappie will
organise another guide.

Complimentary transport by
comfortable FWD (Toyota Landcruiser)
A sumptuous guides lunch
(tailored to your individual dietary requirements).
Plenty of snacks and drinks
during the day.
